Kindly note:
Your reservation is not binding until it is comfirmed by Hotel Lohenstein. Reservations will only be upheld until 5 P.M. (Local time) after which time we have no obligation to provide you with overnight accommodation, unless you give us prior notice of your estimated time of arrival. Charges may be raised if you fail to arrive without proper cancellation.

Reservations made using a Credit Card will be upheld all night.
